Students and families
Every student, guardian, instrument and note in one profile the office, the teacher and the family each see their own view of.

The office’s week, the lesson, how it is built, every feature area, groups of schools and moving in — all in one place.
The office
What happens between Monday’s first lesson and Sunday night — and how little of it needs you.
Teachers open today on their phone, tap Present, and say a few words — the lesson note is written up and shared with the family.
Your cancellation policy decides: not charged, and a make-up is owed — with an expiry date the family can see.
From the teacher’s real free hours, on their phone. You approve with one tap, or let bookings confirm themselves.
Emily records her piece; her teacher replies with feedback, and the video lands under the piece’s stage — learning, polishing or ready.
GST tax invoices go out on schedule; families pay from the link, receipts are e-mailed, and late fees apply only if you want them.
Post the event, families tap Going, and everyone gets a push notification when the room changes.
Every teacher’s pay worked out from what they taught, paid by Stripe or an ABA bank file, with a statement each.
The lesson
Muzeqo started in a teaching studio, not a software company.
“Why isn’t my child progressing?”
Every piece has a stage — learning, polishing, ready — and a lesson note after every lesson. Progress is on the family’s phone the same day, not at the recital.
“Where is the term report?”
The teacher’s notes become the report: what was covered, progress, repertoire, next term’s focus and what to do at home. The office sees which are written and which are owed.
Lesson notes and term reports are written up for you where the school turns Drafts with Muzeqo AI on.
How it is built
Muzeqo is one application with three portals, and every school is its own tenant: the database itself keeps one school’s rows from another, so the rule holds for every page, export and feed, not just the menus. The practice player runs on the family’s own device and listens there. Muzeqo AI is your school’s assistant — notes, reports and replies — on only when you switch it on.
Everything in Muzeqo
Every part of the app is described in full — what it does, how it works and what you will not find elsewhere.

Built here
Not an overseas product with the currency changed: choose Australia, New Zealand or Canada and the school year, the tax invoice and the phone numbers follow.
Made by Muzeqo Pty Ltd in Australia, for schools in Australia, New Zealand and Canada — said “Musico”.
Moving in
Most schools go from an empty account to their first invoice inside a week, without a migration project. Here is the usual order.
Day 1
Sign up with a password, a passkey or Google, name your school and choose “just me” or “a school or studio”. The 30-day trial starts with no card.
Day 1
On the Terms page, one click adds your state’s four school terms and the public holidays that fall on school days.
Day 2
Upload your student, teacher and lesson-type spreadsheets. The wizard matches the columns, previews every row, and can be undone.
Day 3
Create recurring term-time series on the calendar, or lay out each host-school day in the planner. Conflicts are flagged before you save.
Day 4
Lesson types with GST, each student’s billing plan, your cancellation policy, and the pay rule for each teacher.
Day 5
Single-use invite links. Teachers land on today’s lessons; families see their children, notes and invoices.
Week 2
Turn on automatic invoicing — drafts first if you like — and families pay by card from their phone.
Bring students, families, teachers and lesson types across with the CSV import wizard, then let the setup assistant walk you to your first invoice. Send us a sample export and we will tell you exactly what comes across.
