Card payments from families are taken through Stripe Checkout in Australian dollars, and are paid into your school’s own Stripe account. Stripe’s per-transaction fee applies, plus 0.5% to Muzeqo on each online payment, given back in proportion when you refund. Invoices paid by cash or bank transfer cost nothing.
Questions
You get 30 days with unlimited teachers, students and host schools, plus 100 text messages to try, sent from Muzeqo’s number and signed with your school’s name — and no card is taken. Choose a plan under Settings → Plan whenever you are ready.
Nothing is deleted or locked. Your school keeps working with the Solo plan’s limits for new additions (1 teacher, 100 students, 1 host school); existing records above a limit stay. Choose a plan to add more.
Count your active teachers, students and host schools. Solo is one teacher with their own students; Studio suits a studio that assigns up to six teachers; School removes the limits and adds priority support. The suggester on this page and the Plan tab inside the app both tell you which plan fits and why.
Yes. Plan prices include GST: the price you see is the price you pay. Stripe itemises the GST on your subscription invoice; enter your ABN at checkout so it appears on the invoice.
Yes. Yearly billing costs ten months’ worth — two months free — and is billed once a year. Switch between monthly and yearly from Manage billing.
Any time, from Settings → Plan → Manage billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Upgrades apply at once; a cancellation runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing is deleted when you cancel — only new additions are capped.
Solo includes 100 students and Studio 300 students; School has no limit. Archived students do not count. Lessons, invoices, messages and events are unlimited on every plan.
A primary or secondary school your teachers visit, with its own timetable, hours and closures. Solo includes one, Studio three, School unlimited. If you teach only at your own premises you will not need any.
