The School plan already has no limit on teachers, students or host schools. Talk to us anyway if you would like a named contact.
What’s included
What every school in the group gets, how the group works and is billed, and what we arrange with you.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST; New Zealand and Canadian schools pay in their own dollars, with no tax added.
One bill
Each school stays its own house — its own teachers, families, lessons and invoices. The group joins them on one account and one bill, the way a beam joins notes into a chord.
How it works
Step 1
Tell us how many schools or campuses you run and roughly how many students. A person from Muzeqo replies, usually within one business day, and stays your named contact.
Step 2
You file each school under one group on My schools — we can help. Whoever sets up the group manages its plan. Schools already on Muzeqo join as they are — nothing is moved or merged — and new ones start in minutes.
Step 3
The person who manages the group starts its plan from the group’s page: one bill for every school in it, by Auto Pay or by invoice to your finance contact. Each school’s own trial or plan is set aside while the group’s plan covers it.
Questions
A group of 2 or more schools or campuses. One school on its own has the School plan, which has no limit on teachers, students or host schools.
Per school in the group, in Australian dollars, incl. GST. The person who manages the group starts the plan from the group’s page, at the standard Enterprise price for each school. Talk to us about a price for your group: once we have agreed one, we put it on the group’s plan from then on. There is no separate trial for a group: it pays from the start.
Yes. Each school is its own organisation in Muzeqo, separated in the database: its students, families, lessons, invoices and messages stay its own. The group page brings their figures together; nothing is merged.
The person who set up the group sees every school in it, and manages the plan. Owners and admins of a school in the group see the schools they run. Teachers and families see only their own school, as before.
By Auto Pay from a card or bank account, or by an invoice e-mailed to your finance contact with 7 days to pay. If the group’s invoice is left overdue, a school in the group without a plan of its own has its paid features paused until it is paid — nothing is deleted.
