If your teachers visit schools, Muzeqo knows which school each student is at, which teacher is there on which weekday, the school’s hours and the windows it keeps clear — and turns the school’s own timetable into term-time lessons on your calendar.
A host school is a school your organisation sends teachers to. Each has its address (with a maps link for the portal and reminders), its hours, and the times it keeps clear — recess, lunch, assembly. A student belongs to one host school; a teacher is at one per weekday. On any day the teacher’s portal shows that day’s school and the students there.
Open a host school on a weekday and lay out the teacher’s day between the school’s hours: drop the students at that school into slots, and every placement becomes a weekly, term-time-only series — school holidays and in-term public holidays skipped — running to the end of the term or the year. Slots in a window the school keeps clear are refused.
Many schools arrange the blocks themselves and send a spreadsheet. Type the blocks into the grid or import that spreadsheet — weekday, start, length, teacher, lesson type, room, group name, students — and apply it. Each block remembers its series, so Re-apply is a diff: new blocks are added, a moved block moves its future sessions, a removed block ends its series, a changed roster adds or releases places. Lessons already held are never touched.
A host school can have its own closure dates (a sports carnival, a pupil-free day) on top of the state calendar. Lesson reminders carry the place. Teachers who work for several organisations switch between them with one login, and an owner can file several of their own schools into a group of schools for navigation — every school remains its own tenant.
In the catalogue
One line each here; the full list, by group, is Everything Muzeqo provides. Each name opens its group there.
The schools teachers travel to, each with address, map link, contact, class hours, notes and its own closure days; a student is placed at one and a teacher is at one per weekday, and the teacher’s portal shows today’s school.
Lay out a teacher’s day at a host school in short slots between the school’s hours, avoiding recess and assembly; each placement becomes a weekly term-time series, and the plan lives in the URL to move between phone and desk.
Type the school’s own timetable into a grid or paste or upload it as CSV or TSV; students are matched with a confidence to review, Apply turns blocks into weekly series and Re-apply is a safe diff that never touches held lessons.
What schools notice first
Questions
No. It is a place inside your school where lessons happen. The host school’s staff do not need logins; your office and teachers do.
Edit the blocks and re-apply. Future sessions move, removed blocks end their series, and nothing already held changes.
